訂的是帶陽台和觀海景的大床房間，但卻是遠眺大海噢！看游泳池挺好的！酒店環境不錯，有好幾個泳池；服務也還可以的，入住酒店後，送了一大盤的水果。但如需要牙刷，一次性拖鞋，餐巾紙，房間都沒有，而且要跑到前台去要，因酒店的電話機大概是生病了，反正打前台沒有反應的。房間的兩個牀頭櫃，衹有一個床頭櫃上方僅有充電插座一個，手機充電太不方便了。另外上廁所，一不小心，抽水馬桶的蓋板要靠到人身上；另外酒店餐食比較適合俄羅斯人，因酒店住的大多數是俄羅斯人，無論是早餐還是晚餐感覺一般般。

酒店環境很棒的，服務生態度都很好，從幫忙送行李的小哥，拉着英語不好的我一趟又一趟來回大堂和房間。到過了飯點，我們找不到可以吃飯的餐廳，然後餐廳小哥下班後親自送我們到可以領餐的地方。再到大堂樓下餐廳的大叔幫我們現金買餐食劵，整個酒店有我們各種回憶，雖然我們衹住了一晚。
早上8點多我們到了，但是要下午2點才能辦理入住，我們訂的是包早餐的房間，第二天一早的飛機來不急吃早飯，所以問可以提前吃早飯嗎？不允許的，但是第二天會給打包餐食。
建議是如果和我們一樣特種兵的，可以一早過來現金買餐食，15美金一人一頓，吃完去海邊包一艘船出海浮潛，包船是40美金左右包餐的，可以在船上吃，大概下午四五點鐘回來，然後去懸崖酒吧，不耽誤任何時間。
或者不包船的，吃完早飯去海邊玩潛水，25美金一人，拍攝視頻照片需再加25美金。
酒店接送機服務是外包給專門的公司的，就在酒店大堂一進門右側，有一個特別好的大叔，接送機服務一般是收取25美金，要看人數多少、行李多少，決定什麼車型，在定價。
這邊有個烏龍事情是我忘記我包車是包含接送機服務了，然後用簡單的英語加比劃溝通下來，折騰好幾趟，讓大叔知道我們具體行李有多少，然後付款現金，好不容易訂好送機服務，大叔和我確認好幾次時間和房間號碼，但是回到房間才想起來我們包車是有送機服務的，我本來還想着能不能取消，結果找大叔説明，大叔很快就找給我現金，還説為我服務是my pleasure！真的折騰了好久沒想到他一點都不含糊，非常痛快的取消訂單，全成微笑服務了！很感謝！

A wonderful stay! The beach was excellent, and the staff were outstanding in their hospitality. Special thanks to Youssef at the reception for his warm welcome, he was professional and extremely helpful. I originally booked for two nights but decided to extend my stay after experiencing such great service for me and my wife during our honeymoon. Many thanks as well to Abdelrahman and Mr. Rashid from the F&B team, and Nader from the housekeeping team. We truly felt at home

We had a quite a positive experience here. The grounds of the hotel and the reef were exceptional. The staff were nice. I would like to extend special thanks to Shahenda for her positivity and nice attitude, to Sayed from the reception who was very kind and professional and gave a nice us a room as I came to celebrate my birthday here, also to Amir from aqua park fir being so friendly. I would also like to thank for cleaning our room every day without expecting tips, although it is nice to leave it every now and then. Everything was organised and the atmosphere, the views were just great! I really enjoyed walking around, admiring at the nice work carried out! Thank you.

Huge thanks to the continental plaza beach resort hotel. We have been there with our family and are very pleased with the service and staff. I want to specifically mention staff member Mahmoud. He is very humble, helping and extremely attentive. We have felt very safe at the beach as we had toddlers with us on our trip. He is deligent and hard working, extremely polite.
